A 5 to 10 minute walk to the village of Stanley Bridge which has a wonderful tearoom, a general store, a church, a good restaurant, an antique store, a top notch handicraft store, and the fish wharf with lots of fresh seafood for sale.
	A 5 minute drive to world famous Cavendish Beach with its miles and miles of sandy beaches and dunes, Anne of Green Gables home, Green Gables golf course, and many fun activities for children ( water slides, amusement centres, pizza and ice-cream, etc.)
	A scenic 30 minute drive to either Charlottetown with its excellent summer theatres and restaurants or Summerside for more restaurants and shopping.
